Fluid Chromatography - Flight Time Mass Spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS)
LC/Q-TOF/MS (Liquid Chromatography - Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry)
High-Resolution Mass Spectrometric Analysis of Complex Mixtures

Agilent 6550 QTOF LC/MS device
Description
LC/MS systems combine the physical separation power of liquid chromatography with the mass analysis capability of mass spectrometry. In the QTOF LC/MS system, the sample is first separated based on its physical properties in the UHPLC system, then ionized and analyzed using both quadrupole and time-of-flight detectors to identify and quantify even very low concentration compounds. The Agilent 6550 QTOF LC/MS device in our laboratory offers exceptional speed and sensitivity for both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
