Inverted Fluorescence Microscope
Inverted Fluorescence Microscope
High-Resolution Imaging for Cell Culture and Fluorescence Analysis

Zeiss Axio Vert.A1
Description
The Inverted Fluorescence Microscope allows high-sensitivity observation of cells labeled with multiple fluorescent dyes using different fluorescence filter cubes. Multi-channel fluorescence imaging is possible with red, green, and blue filters. LED fluorescence illumination provides a long-lasting and stable light source. Integration with a digital camera and ZEN Imaging Software enables high-resolution image capture, analysis, and data sharing. Images can be acquired in JPEG or TIFF format with the microscope available in our center.
Applications
- Live cell imaging
- Examination of cells labeled with fluorescent dyes
- Wound Healing Assay
