Description
The NanoDrop ND-8000 Micro-Volume UV-Vis Spectrophotometer enables rapid (<20 seconds) measurements of micro-volume samples (1 µL) across a wavelength range of 220–750 nm with a spectral resolution of ≤3 nm. Absorbance accuracy is ±3% at 0.74 Abs (350 nm), with a detection limit of 2.5 ng/µL for double-stranded DNA and 0.15 mg/mL for BSA. The instrument accommodates up to 8 samples and provides fast, reliable analysis for DNA, RNA, proteins, oligonucleotides, and more.
